QuantumPak’s Rear-End Trimmer is a versatile finishing solution designed to integrate seamlessly with the majority of our bag sealers. Unlike traditional trimming systems that cut material before sealing, the rear-end trimmer removes excess bag material after the sealing process, delivering a cleaner, more accurate, and highly consistent package finish. Equipped with a razor-sharp cutting blade, the system effortlessly trims excess material while maintaining smooth, reliable operation in demanding production environments.

Designed for years of continuous industrial use, the rear-end trimmer requires minimal maintenance and no specialized operator training. Customers can choose between our standard discharge tray or an optional vacuum-powered discharge system to best match their production requirements.

The rear-end trimming process improves package appearance by creating a uniform cut while reducing fraying or uneven edges. This option is ideal for applications in bakeries, shipping rooms, agricultural facilities, food production, and more. For sanitary or corrosive environments, the system is also available in NEMA 4X washdown construction, providing added protection against moisture, chemicals, and frequent cleaning procedures.
