The Q800CGV-FS is QuantumPak’s continuous bag sealer with a vacuum and a gas flush infeed system along with an extra-long conveyor and customizable Fingers System. This setup, coupled with our Gas Flush/Vacuum fully automated indexing system, can achieve a production rate of 20+ bags per minute.

Designed for heavy-duty use, this 10-foot-long conveyor system boasts a unique finger adjustment mechanism that swiftly adapts to accommodate a broad spectrum of bag dimensions, encompassing both width and height variations.

The wide mouth infeed makes sealing the bag easy and consistent. It is ideal for sealing bags of snacks, pet treats or other items where higher speed is desired.

The Q800CGV-FS is a versatile sealing machine capable of hermetically sealing many materials, including metallized, paper, and plastic materials, while accommodating a wide range of bag styles. This quality bag sealer is suitable for 24/7 operation in a wide variety of industries and can hold bags weighing up to 200 lbs.
