The QuantumPak QB-10-PR Automatic Bagger combines the compact, intuitive operation of our QB-10 with an integrated Thermal Transfer Overprinter (TTO)—giving manufacturers an efficient way to automate bagging, sealing, and product identification in a single system.
Designed for use with pre-opened roll bags, the QB-10-PR reduces repetitive manual packaging steps while helping improve throughput and consistency. Multiple operating modes—including footswitch, push-to-seal, and automatic cycle control—provide the flexibility to adapt the machine to different production requirements.
The integrated TTO printer adds another level of automation. It can print high-resolution text, product information, date and lot codes, barcodes, QR codes, logos, and other graphics directly onto the packaging bag. Printing becomes part of the bagging process, helping eliminate separate labeling or coding steps while simplifying product identification and traceability.
