Q800C-HD Custom Conveyor

The Q800CHD is QuantumPak’s continuous band sealer with heavy duty motors and a heavy duty 18” wide x 10’ long fully synchronized product conveyor that can seal bags & pouches at speeds up to 800” per minute. It is designed for hermetically sealing a wide variety of metalized, paper, & plastic materials and along with a variety of bag styles including pillow top and gusseted bags.

The Q800CHD bag sealer is suitable for 24/7 operation in a wide variety of industries that require a rugged sealer, and it can hold individual bags weighing up to 50 lbs. We can customize the Q800CHD for heavier bag weights, taller bags, bag coding and a gas flush infeed.

The Q800CHD is frequently paired with a Linear Net Weigh or Vibratory Scale, which QuantumPak can also provide.

The sealing process includes easy to use digital controls for the temperature and speed and can be adjusted to accommodate a wide variety of material, ensuring reliable seals. Common options include TIJ printer for date coding, NEMA 4X washdown construction, bag top trimmer, and a gas flush/vacuum infeed.
