Drive – How to attach the Motor to the Gearbox

1. Insert the Shaft + Nut into the Gearbox – see PIC01.
2. Add the Key in the groove of the Shaft – see PIC01.
3. Add the Motor + Motor Plate. Ensure that the 2 x Button Head screws are inserted in the plate – see PIC02. Make sure that the motor’s groove matches the Key in the shaft.
4. Insert the 2 x Socket Head screws and tighten all 4 x screws – see PIC03.

NOTE: When attaching the Drive to the machine, make sure that you follow the screw tightening procedure:

• 1^st: 4 x FH M6x20 (top)
• 2^nd: 4 x FH M5x20 (sides)
• 3^rd: 4 x SH M5x20 (Gussets)
