QuantumPak’s Custom Seal Width option allows you to match the seal to your specific packaging application, ensuring the ideal balance of strength, appearance, and product protection. While our standard 12 mm seal width meets the needs of most applications, additional widths of 6, 8, 16, and 20 mm are available to optimize sealing performance for different bag materials and package designs.

All QuantumPak sealing bars are precision-machined from high-quality brass, providing excellent heat transfer, outstanding durability, and consistent sealing performance. Narrower seals, such as 6 mm and 8 mm, are ideal for lightweight products and thinner packaging films, while wider 16 mm and 20 mm seals provide greater strength for heavier products, thicker bags, and demanding distribution environments. They are also an excellent choice for bags with peg holes, helping distribute stress more evenly and reducing the risk of tearing during handling and retail display.
