The Q400C’s rugged design and heavy-duty construction will hermetically seal a wide variety of metalized, paper, Tyvek, and other plastic materials, making it ideal for flexible packaging applications. It’s perfect for use as a coffee bag sealer or coffee sealer, delivering consistent results across a range of bag styles. Suitable for 24/7 operation in demanding industries, the Q400C features a standard 6” wide x 4’ long fully synchronized product conveyor that can hold bags weighing up to 10 lbs. and up to 22” tall.
This reliable system seals pillow-top or gusseted bags at speeds up to 15+ bags per minute. The sealing process includes easy-to-use digital controls for temperature and speed, allowing adjustments to accommodate various materials and ensure dependable seals.
