Q800C-XL Custom Conveyor

The Q800CXL is QuantumPak’s continuous band sealer with customizable fingers and an extra long conveyor. This setup allows multiple bags to be loaded onto the conveyor at the same time achieving a production rate of 60+ bags per minute.

TheQ800CXL’s fingers quickly adjust to accommodate a wide range of bag widths and bag heights. The wide mouth infeed makes sealing the bag easy and consistent.

It is ideal for sealing bags of snacks, pet treats or other items where higher speed is required.

The Q800CXL is designed for hermetically sealing a wide variety of metalized, paper, & plastic materials and along with a variety of bag styles. The Q800CXL is suitable for 24/7 operation in a wide variety of industries and can hold bags weighing up to 15 lbs. For heavier bag weights, please contact us about our Q800CHD which has a larger conveyor and motors.

The sealing process includes easy to use digital controls for the temperature and speed and can be adjusted to accommodate a wide variety of material, ensuring reliable seals.
