Quantumpak offers a one-year warranty from the date of purchase on all its products. This warranty ensures coverage for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, and under regular environmental conditions. However, the warranty is subject to the following exceptions:

• The equipment must be used according to industry and Quantumpak’s best practices.
• The equipment must be used according to Quantumpak’s specific instructions/manual.
• The warranty applies only to the original buyer.
• The warranty is valid only if there have been no unauthorized repairs or parts replaced were OEM.
