Q800C Industrial Bag Sealer

The Q800C is QuantumPak’s industrial bag sealer with a fully synchronized product conveyor that can seal bags & pouches at speeds up to 800” per minute. It is designed for hermetically sealing a wide variety of metalized, paper, & plastic materials and along with a variety of bag styles. The Q800C bag sealer is suitable for 24/7 operation in a wide variety of industries and can hold bags weighing up to 15 lbs. For heavier bag weights, please contact us

The Q800C is frequently paired with a Linear Net Weigh or Vibratory Scale, which QuantumPak can also provide.

The sealing process includes easy to use digital controls for the temperature and speed and can be adjusted to accommodate a wide variety of material, ensuring reliable seals. Common options include TIJ printer for date coding, NEMA 4X washdown construction, bag top trimmer, and a gas flush/vacuum infeed.
