The Q800 is QuantumPak’s heavy-duty industrial bag sealer designed for high-volume production and continuous operation at speeds up to 800” per minute. Engineered for flexible packaging applications, it hermetically seals a wide variety of metalized, paper, and plastic materials, accommodating multiple bag styles. Built as a rugged bag sealer, the Q800 is ideal for demanding food packaging equipment setups across industries such as snack food, industrial chemicals, bulk food ingredients, seafood processors, produce, dog and pet treats, powdered ingredients, and health and beauty products.

The Q800 can hold bags weighing up to 1.5 lbs, while the Q800C model—with a fully synchronized conveyor—supports heavier bag weights. As a high-demand sealer and precision pouch sealer, it includes easy-to-use digital controls for temperature and speed, allowing quick adjustments for consistent, reliable seals. The Q800 is often paired with a Net Weigh Scale, which QuantumPak can also provide for a complete, high-efficiency packaging system.
