NEMA 4x Solutions

The Q800C-NEMA4X is QuantumPak’s continuous band sealer with a fully synchronized product conveyor and built to NEMA 4X washdown standards. The Q800C-NEMA4X can seal bags & pouches at speeds up to 800” per minute and is designed for hermetically sealing a wide variety of metalized, paper, & plastic materials and along with a variety of bag styles. The Q800C-NEMA4X is suitable for 24/7 operation in a wide variety of industries and can hold bags weighing up to 15 lbs. For heavier bag weights, please contact us about our Q800CHD which has a larger conveyor and motors. It is frequently paired with a Linear Net Weigh or Vibratory Scale, which we can also provide.

The sealing process includes easy to use digital controls for the temperature and speed and can be adjusted to accommodate a wide variety of material, ensuring reliable seals.
