Installation or erection of the equipment or supervision thereof by Company, if specified or requested by Purchaser, shall be governed by Company&#8217;s Standard Conditions of Erection and Installation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p7\">This Proposal and any attachments made a part of it, when accepted by Purchaser and approved by Company, as specified constitute the entire contract concerning the equipment. The contract shall not be modified or canceled except by mutual agreement in writing, signed by Purchaser, and approved in writing by an executive officer of the Company. The contract is assignable only with Company&#8217;s written consent.<\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"bt_bb_separator bt_bb_border_style_none bt_bb_bottom_spacing_20\" data-bt-override-class=\"null\"><\/div><div  class=\"bt_bb_text\" ><\/p>\n<h2>T\u00e9rminos de Pago<\/h2>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"bt_bb_separator bt_bb_border_style_none bt_bb_bottom_spacing_10\" data-bt-override-class=\"null\"><\/div><div  class=\"bt_bb_text\" ><\/p>\n<p>Unless other terms are specified, pro rata payments, shall become due as shipments are made. If shipment is delayed by Purchaser, date of readiness for shipment shall be deemed to be date of shipment for payment purposes. If manufacture is delayed by Purchaser, a payment shall be made based on purchase price and percentage of completion, balance payable in accordance with the terms as stated. Equipment held for Purchaser shall be at the risk and expense of Purchaser. If, in Company&#8217;s judgment, Purchaser&#8217;s financial condition at any time does not justify further manufacture or shipment, Company may require full or partial payment in advance, or , if shipment has been made, recover the equipment from the carrier and or purchaser.<\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"bt_bb_separator bt_bb_border_style_none bt_bb_bottom_spacing_20\" data-bt-override-class=\"null\"><\/div><div  class=\"bt_bb_text\" ><\/p>\n<h2>T\u00edtulo y Seguro<\/h2>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"bt_bb_separator bt_bb_border_style_none bt_bb_bottom_spacing_10\" data-bt-override-class=\"null\"><\/div><div  class=\"bt_bb_text\" ><\/p>\n<p>El t\u00edtulo y el derecho de posesi\u00f3n del equipo o de cualquier reemplazo permanecer\u00e1n en poder de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda, independientemente del modo de sujeci\u00f3n a bienes inmuebles u otros bienes hasta que se haya pagado el precio total (incluidos los pagos diferidos y cualquier nota, renovaci\u00f3n o extensi\u00f3n) en efectivo. El Comprador acepta realizar todos los actos necesarios para perfeccionar y mantener dicho t\u00edtulo y derecho en la Compa\u00f1\u00eda. Al momento del env\u00edo de cualquiera de los equipos, todo riesgo de p\u00e9rdida o da\u00f1o pasar\u00e1 al Comprador, y el Comprador deber\u00e1 obtener y mantener para el beneficio de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda y del Comprador, seg\u00fan sus intereses, un seguro adecuado para el equipo contra da\u00f1os por incendio u otro siniestro.<\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"bt_bb_separator bt_bb_border_style_none bt_bb_bottom_spacing_20\" data-bt-override-class=\"null\"><\/div><div  class=\"bt_bb_text\" ><\/p>\n<h2>Impuestos<\/h2>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"bt_bb_separator bt_bb_border_style_none bt_bb_bottom_spacing_10\" data-bt-override-class=\"null\"><\/div><div  class=\"bt_bb_text\" ><\/p>\n<p>El Comprador acepta asumir todos los impuestos sobre ventas, uso u otros impuestos decretados por las autoridades federales, estatales o locales seg\u00fan sea necesario.<\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"bt_bb_separator bt_bb_border_style_none bt_bb_bottom_spacing_20\" data-bt-override-class=\"null\"><\/div><div  class=\"bt_bb_text\" ><\/p>\n<h2>Sustituciones<\/h2>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"bt_bb_separator bt_bb_border_style_none bt_bb_bottom_spacing_10\" data-bt-override-class=\"null\"><\/div><div  class=\"bt_bb_text\" ><\/p>\n<p>La Compa\u00f1\u00eda se reserva el derecho de realizar sustituciones o revisiones en especificaciones o proveedores para agilizar la entrega, siempre que el cambio no afecte el funcionamiento del equipo.<\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"bt_bb_separator bt_bb_border_style_none bt_bb_bottom_spacing_20\" data-bt-override-class=\"null\"><\/div><div  class=\"bt_bb_text\" ><\/p>\n<h2>Reclamos<\/h2>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"bt_bb_separator bt_bb_border_style_none bt_bb_bottom_spacing_10\" data-bt-override-class=\"null\"><\/div><div  class=\"bt_bb_text\" ><\/p>\n<p>Claims for shipping shortages, concealed or otherwise, will not be allowed by the company, unless reported to us within 60 days from the date of shipment. Shipments are normally F.O.B. truck, shipping point, and therefore travel at the purchaser&#8217;s risk.
